Senior Services of Southeastern Virginia presents: Silver Surfers, Aging Digitally. Our mission is to provide seniors and their caregivers with access to programs and services so they may live their lives with choice and dignity in their communities. Silver Surfers, Phases I & II provides older adults with coaching in digital skills and technology usage. Phase I is presented with an individual coach to learn the basics of Public WIFI, Emails, Apps. In Phase II, participants learn to apply their foundational skills into Video Conferencing apps and Telehealth applications, both to reduce the social isolation gap and access better healthcare choices from the convenience of your own home.  Please see "Files" for printable companion guides.
